Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping Delays Luxxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you have made an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@luxxebag.com and we will do our best to help.
